Apa yang perlu dilakukan sekiranya bayi anda mengalami sembelit ?

Mandikan bayi anda
Apabila anda mandikan bayi anda, bayi akan berasa lebih tenang dan segar dan ini membantunya untuk membuang air besar dan najis mungkin lebih mudah dilkeluarkan. Ketika mencuci bahagian bawah, anda boleh
menyapu sedikit petroleum jelly di luar bahagian anus.

Mengurut dengan lembut perut bayi
Proses urutan perlu dilakukan dengan lembut. Urutan dimulakan di bahagian pusat dan secara perlahan bergerak ke arah luar dalam bulatan mengikut arah jam. Anda boleh menggunakan krim atau minyak bayi
(baby’s oil) untuk tujuan ini. Sekiranya bayi anda gembira anda boleh teruskan proses ini.

Jangan menggunakan jari
Jangan sesekali menggunakan jari atau alat lain ke dalam anus bagi merangsang pengeluaran najis. Ini ditakuti mencederakan bayi anda.

Lebihkan makanan serat dan sayuran
Bagi bayi enam bulan ke atas yang sudah memulakan diet selain susu, anda boleh lebihkan makanan dengan kandungan serat yang tinggi seperti sayur. Ada juga ibu yang memberikan bayi mereka jus prune bagi membantu mengurangkan sembelit.

Dapatkan nasihat pakar kesihatan
Anda juga boleh berjumpa dengan pakar kesihatan anda dan berbincang tentang susu formula yang sedang diambil dan keperluan anda untuk bertukar kepada susu formula yang lain. Kini terdapat beberapa susu infant formula yang dirumus khas bagi bayi yang mempunyai masalah sembelit.

Petua 1
Jika bayi berusia 2 atau 3 bulan mengalami masalah tidak boleh membuang air besar beberapa hari, cubalah petua ini.Layur beberapa helai daun kunyit di atas api sehingga layu. Letakkan daun kunyit itu di atas perut bayi.InsyaAllah beberapa minit kemudian bayi anda pasti akan membuang air besar.

USE & CARE OF YOUR TUPPERWARE PRODUCTS

CLEANING

As you cleaning your tupperware using hand-wash, make sure you use:

• warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to avoid any scratches to your precious Tupperware.
• Dry it with soft towel or air-dry away from direct heat.
• Avoid any abrasive cleaners as these will dull the finish or leave scratches.
• Baking soda paste can be use to remove any stain or to get rid of stickiness. 

STORING

• Hot liquid that contains fat - you must cool it before you place it in your Tupperware. Hot liquid can damage the container.
• Hot beverages made with boiling water - Let the liquid cool before applying the seal.
• If seal too tight, place it in hot water for a few minutes then apply it to the container while the seal is still warm.
• Liquid storage in containers - keep it in upright position unless it is from "Classic Round Seals Product" which is "liquid tight".

REHEATING FOOD IN MICROWAVE

• Reheatable products are mainly for reheating foods, NOT cooking foods inside it.
• Do not use reheatable products:

          - In the conventional oven.
          - On the stove.
          - Under a grill
          - In convection wave.

• Do not  use containers in the microwave with the seal on it.
• Reheating tomatos or chilli-based sauces and food may cause staining to your pretty Tupperware.
• Avoid reheating foods high in fat or sugar content as they reach higher temperature quickly and may cause damage to your containers.

COOKING FOODS IN MICROWAVE

• Use only TupperWave products only in microwave.
• Do not use in conventional oven, under a grill or on the stove.
• Always use pot holder to handle containers after cooking in microwave.
• Use plastic or wooden utensil to avoid scratches.
• Avoid cooking small amount of food high in fat and high sugar content.

There are 3 Consultant Ranks..

CONSULTANT

Consultants move up the Ranks with Qualified* Recruits. Consultant can earn from:

1) Retail profit of Tupperware Brands Products - Dealer's price is less than normal retail price. (20% less)

2) Free vouchers as welcome gift - Consultant can purchase more products cheaper for a start sample.

Once you have sign up as a Dealer/Consultant, you must make a purchase of RM150 retail value so that your membership is counted for. To be a qualified recruit, a new consultant must make a purchase of any amount within 21 days of joining. Consultants have to maintain a minimum of RM500 per year, or subscribe to Inspira Magazine at RM30 per year to avoid discontinuance of your membership.

STAR CONSULTANT

Star consultant can earn from retail profit which he/she will gets an extra 5% (total of 25% discounts). To be qualified as Star Consultant:

1) Have minimum of 2 recruits - either directly under her or one recruit under her recruits another person. Star Consultant may have 2 - 5 recruits.

2) Eligible for overriding commission (3% - 2% - 1%) from downline.

3) Have to maintain a minimum of RM500 personal sale per month to qualify for overriding commission.

  

VIP CONSULTANT

VIP consultant can earn from retail profit which he/she will gets an extra 5% (total of 25% discounts). To be qualified as VIP Consultant:

1) Have a minimum of six recruits in her group.

2) Overriding commission (4% - 3% - 2%)

3) Have to maintain a minimum of RM500 personal sale per month to qualify for overriding commission.

DIQ (Director in Qualification)

Before becoming a director, a VIP Consultant has to sign up for DIQ program.

To complete the DIQ program:

Minimum Personal Sales of RM1500

Minimum DIQ Team Sales of RM25000, includes personal sales.

By the end of 3 months program, have a minimum total of 15 active team consultants.

In the first 2 months of the program, your team sales must not fall below RM4000.

Benefits of a DIQ:

5% extra immediate discount off retail price

Overriding commission 5%, 4% and 3% respectively from level 1,2 and 3 recruits

Leadership bonus of 3% for minimum monthly group sale of RM3000.

After fulfilling the sale target, a DIQ will become a full fledged Director. A Director must maintain a minimum sale of RM3000.00 per month of the group sale for at least eight months in a year.
